Jeff created this featurette for the wrap party — it’s a mix of unedited clips, outtakes, and behind-the-scenes moments… of the Sandman.

    Hello Sandmanners,
The movie played to a very appreciative audience last Saturday night at the Revelation Film Festival here in Perth.
I read the original story years ago, but your twisted take on it was much more fun.

Wow, thanks so much for seeing it and for commenting! Wish we could’ve made it there ourselves. Any other feedback would be most appreciated.

Well, you get the Gregoryno6 prize for Most Memorable Line in a Rev Film:
“When I realised his ambition was polished on the grindstone of evil – it was too late!”

This prize has only been awarded twice before. Once to The Long Lunch.
    Waitress to Triad boss:
“You terrorise all of Chinatown with your drugs and your bad taste in clothes!”

And once to The American Astronaut, for pretty much every line in the script.

Thanks for watching and for writing! You are so generous to pass this along, even though it makes me even sadder that we couldn’t be there in person. Always a surprise and a high to learn there are people who not only appreciate the humor, but remember the dialog too. I just watched your Hitler parody and loved it. Do you have something in the festival?

I’m glad you liked the Hitler parody. But that and the Gina Elise vid on Vimeo are the extent of my film making. Mostly I’m a writer in my spare time, although I have created some interesting fractal art too. There’s a link on my blog.
Checking your IMDB page, Einstein’s Next Model looks interesting. Rev 2013, perhaps?
    Keep up the good work.

Possibly on Einstein. I only have a small role, so not really sure where that project is at. But I will mention it to the director. Thanks for the idea! Hope the rest of the fest is great.
