This was a bit of a hard day: exterior shots in 30-degrees and the ice-rain combination known as sleet; a simple hand-held shot that somehow turned into a complicated jib maneuver (note to self: do not joke about wanting a crane for a shot) and we had to shift a scene to next week as the light disappeared behind the horizon (maybe that’s why the film industry moved to LA way-back-when). However, we shot the most scenes of any single day (7) which is a big deal. Tim was a star, running all over the place to satisfy the various whims of the various directors. Megan, Allan and MT all got to kiss Jeanene. Errol deftly juggled directions from 14 different people without walking out in bafflement. And I finally, finally got to slate.
