Alcestis Chorus

That's me in the middle of the poster. I played Chorus 1 in Uffish Theatre's production of Euripides' Alcestis, newly translated/adapted by Ted Hughes (Sylvia Plath's husband). Oh, that Ted Hughes.

This wonderful show was directed by Lauren Miller. It ran from July 6 - 22, 2000 at the Chopin Theatre in Chicago. I had a great time doing it and will miss sitting on my ladder. Many, many thanks to all who came to see it. By the way, the shot above was taken during the show by Chorus 2 (Michael Stricker).
